Recently I find out the reason myfitnesspal sometimes just not syncing data tracer and I done almost all solution like turn off device or log out from app or you to website to log in but some of them my work but sometimes doesn't and I find out new way out to syncing myfitnesspal to your tracer easy. Plz follow the steps.
In (mfp) app go to diary option scroll down to see ur exercise icon if u see ur tracer icon there then simply press the three dot at end of excerise option the go to view partner app and choose your tracer the you are connected easily.
