SoundPeats not pairing with Versa

Has anyone had problems pairing their headphones to the Versa? My Versa is not recognizing them.

Even i am having the same problem it doesn't connect to my watch....have you found any solution for this if yes please let me know

I figured it out, what I did was while holding the button down to turn on the Soundpeats Q12 continue to hold it a few more seconds after hearing the audio prompt that its on. The led light will start to flash blue/red repeatedly indicating its in pairing mode at this time click the add audio device on the fitbit watch and it should find your headphones.
