Sparkpeople won't sync up

I already had a sparkpeople account before I bought my versa, so I also have the sparkpeople app. When I go to the fitbit add app to sync sparkpeople to fitbit. I selected sparkpeople and selected download it takes me to the playstore to select sparkpeople. My app is already with an Open app option for the Sparkpeople app not install to download the app. Even if I then open the sparkpeople it DOES NOT sync my versa Fitbit to my sparkpeople app. How do I fix this???

Hi @Phoenix73 .  It would be best for you to contact Sparkpeople since it is their app.

Fitbit is the app that is not collecting the data correctly from the Sparkpeople website. Why would it be a problem on Sparkpeople?

I have to disagree, @Chiqid - SparksPeople, and other third party developers who want to sync with Fitbit (or any other app) must design their app so that it Will be compatible. You can find more information on Fitbit and third party apps here. You can also search the Fitbit community boards (or even Google) to see other postings regarding SP and Fitbit. Good luck!
