Hi. Today I decided to synchronize my Fitbit with myfitnesspal.
When I did, my Fitbit reset it's steps to zero. I saw from previous threads on this forum that I should manually enter my exercise. I did, and it overestimated my steps but underestimated my calories. I don't care about the step count but it drastically reduced my calories burned which I need an accurate number for!
So when I got home I decided to reset my Fitbit, as suggested by these forums. Instead of correcting my issue, it reset my steps AGAIN.
I had just lost my Fitbit for some weeks until today, did my Fitbit just go defective during that time or what?
