Steps not syncing with MyFitnessPal

Hr2....no steps showing in MFP.....Again

Hello there @Wynlucky, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I saw you are having troubles to sync your steps in to MyFitnessPal. I'm wondering if by HR2 you refer you have a Charge 2?

 

In this case, make sure your tracker is connected to MFP as the source of your steps. Note that beside integrating your accounts, MFP has the option of integrate your tracker.

 

I recommend to try the steps suggested from the following post: Fitbit and MFP not syncing!

 

If this is not the issue, perhaps the following information might be related to what you are experiencing: MFP Scheduled Maintenance on 3/30/18
