How do I start a strava recording? do I just use the exercise (run) app on the watch? and then the activity automatically transfers over to strava, or do i need to do something on the strava app, in which case, how do I start a strava activity on the strava app?

I thought it automatically synced to strava. It did this 3 times for me. Then I ran a race and it didn't sync that run.
