Strava Heart rate sycnh

Hi Guys , just a beginner here so any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have my Fitbit Charger 2 synch to my  apple I phone. this question is two fold.

When running my Strava fails to record my heart rate .

My Fit bit logs the heart rate for the same run , can I some how log this data into Strava?

Now in the last few days , when I start Strava for the Park run, it starts , but when I start the charger 2 in run mode , it appears to stop the Strava and I lose the Strava data , what is going on and how do I go forward please.

Hi @mikecrossen, have you followed the instructions in the FAQ. You need to sync the tracker before turning off the run tracking for heart rate to be passed to Strava.
