Strava not syncing

I tracked a run on strava and for the start of it I used the stopwatch on fitbit charge HR.

The strava data has not loaded to fitbit like it has before.

Do i need to delete the workout recorded by the charge hr for strava to upload?

Thanks, I've done that.

It was ok for the 1st ride but nothing the other day.

Not sure of the process to it for example, do I use both phone apps, which do I start 1st etc.

Its mainly for the bike, where the fitbit falls short but if I can get run data into fitbit as well then great.
