Hi All - Using a Charge HR here. Not sure if this is just abnormal weirdness or not, but when tracking bike rides and runs through the Fitbit app on my (Android) phone, the activities themselves sync fine with Strava but the associated HR data doesn't always sync consistently.
The activity on the Fitbit app does show the HR data but it doesn't always seem to make it to Strava along with the rest of the activity details.

Hi there @ItsGene. It's great to see you in the Community! 🙂
I'd recommend that in this case, you go to your account settings and under the "Applications" section you look for Strava and revoke access. It should look something like this:
Once you have revoked the access, you can go ahead and go back to Strava and link your Fitbit account again and try it out and see if this time all the information carries over without any problem.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else! 🙂
