I am having issues connecting to Facebook. On the computer it says I am connected but on the Android app I'm not. It doesn't even give me the option to connect on the app. I am not getting any error messages, it's just not there. Please help! #frustrated&annoyed

@LadyCapricorn Welcome to the Fitbit Family! If you're seeing Facebook connected in your Dashboard then you should be able to see the same information in your Android app. You can connect Facebook with Fitbit using your Android app by doing this:
- Go to your Dashboard - Tap on Friend's tile
- You're going to see a plus sign button - tap on it
- Tap on facebook - Connect Facebook

You should also be able to connect to Facebook through your friends page on the web.

@SilviaFitbit thank you, but i have tried that. when i try it from the app it doesn't even give me the option to connect to FB. in the "friends" section, when i go to the facebook tab it says "find fitbit friends easily by connecting facebook. just tap "ok" when your phone asks for access. etc...." I have never seen it ask for access so how can i tap "ok". i have tried everything i could think of before asking for help and in every forum i see the same solutions that i have tried on my own already and nothing helps. 😞

@LadyCapricorn are you sure your friends also have their Fitbit accounts attached to Facebook? If they don't you won't see them.
My thoughts are to send your Fitbit friends a link to your public dashboard.
You can also have the app search your contacts list.

yes i am sure, i specifically asked them. i wouldn't be causing a fuss if i wasn't sure of them being there. lol. they've tried to help me and still nothing worked. im thinking its something more technical thats why im asking in the forum but everything thats has been told to me is nothing more than what i've tried on my own.
the one contact that is a FB contact is on my list, but thats only bcz i knew he uses fitbit and i had to send him an email invite to be on my list not bcz we connected thru facebook.
thanks for the link to my dashboard and the people on my FB are not necessarilly people in my phone contacts, hence the reason for wanting to connect to FB.

Thanks y'all but I am not slow. I know how to do everything else. I just need to know how to CONNECT TO FACEBOOK. I know I'm not the only one who has this problem because I see countless posts about the same topic.

I know you could get to your dashboard I did not know if you knew how to get to your public page, many people don't even know that they have one.
