Sync Charge 4 HR data to Strava

I went for a run and my GPS data syncs across from Fitbit to Strava with no problem. However I noticed my heart rate data did not sync across to Strava. 

Is it possible to sync HR data from Fitbit to Strava automatically?

Hi @Dkay07, welcome to the community.

This sounds like a permissions issue. 

Can you ensure you have allowed the correct permissions within the Strava app. Open the Strava app (not sure if this is the same for the Web version) - tap on the profile tab on the bottom bar - tap the setting fear in the top right corner - scroll down to data permissions and tap on that -  under health related data ensure that its set to allowed. Note* Setting this to allowed will only affect future activities.

Thanks for this info as this issue also affects me.  Problem is I have approved health data sharing between Charge 4 and Strava and still don’t have visibility/transfer of HR data on GPS tracked activities from Fitbit.   

any thoughts?   I have rebooted by Charge 4 but still no change.
