Hi everyone, I have a Fitbit Alta bought for my birthday, trouble is my laptop is an acer chrome and I can't seem to get it to work. I was using the computer at work, but now have two weeks off and don't have access to the computer for two whole weeks Smiley Sad Does anyone know if there is a way I can sync it using an acer chrome laptop??? my phone is rubbish and doesn't work with it either.

@Tish.j.g Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Thank you for inquiry. Currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
