Sync issues with MyFitnessPal

My Fitbit account and my fitness pal will not talk to each other. I thought all along my calories and data from MFP were showing up on my Fitbit but that's not the case. How do I fix this? My fitness pal has access and everything is updated...

Thanks for letting us know about this situation. Let me help you figure out what could be going on.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article, those steps will help you disconnect the apps then, connect them again. That should help so that they start syncing correctly again. Do keep in mind that these integrations will not be syncing retroactively.

While this solution wasn't what I was looking for, I fixed it myself by UN-Linking my fitbit and my fitnesspal and RE-Linking them through My Fitnesspal only. I had my accounts linked for so long it just needed a good reset. No worries

Hi, I have tried searching the community and have not found anything about my situation.

 

Purchased a Versa Lite yesterday and I have been using MFP for a while.  I tried to sync the two, nothing really happened.  I tried to "Revoke" MFP in the Fitbit app.  I went back in the MFP app and can reconnect with Fitbit, but when I am in the Fitbit app, I search for MFP and nothing even shows up from the search.  What am I doing wrong?
