Hello!

I have a question about Fitbit and Lifesum app sync. The thing is that on Fitbit app I see burned kcal amount that is wayyy much higher comparing with the info that was synced to Lifesum. For eg. currently Fitbit shows 1072 burned kcals today. While Lifesum - just 138. Why is that? Is it possible that BMR kcals (those that are burned by doing 'nothing') are not synced to Lifesum? If yes, is it possible to sync ALL the burned kcal to Lifesum app? Thanks!

Hello @JustasN, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community again! The difference of calories might be the BMR data that your Fitbit is counting.

Your BMR is the rate at which you burn calories as a result of maintaining vital body functions. These functions include breathing and heartbeat and brain activity, among others. Your BMR usually accounts for at least half of the calories you burn in a day, so it's possible that Lifesum is only taking calories from your exercise.

It's important to mention, LifeSum doesn't figure in the officially supported integrations, this does not mean it wont work. Nonetheless there are many apps that are not officially supported, but are able to work with Fitbit. However we cannot control or manage the information is shared across your accounts since the development of Lifesum is independently from Fitbit's end.
