Sync with weight watcher app issue

Fitbit is having trouble syncing with weight watcher app so it can count my steps and give me activity points. It recognizes it but isn't showing it and weight watchers support couldn't help?

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @lsav1990! At the moment there is not a reported issue with Weight Watchers. Reconnecting the apps may help, first you'll need to revoke access to the app, and then reconnect it. 

1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner 
2. Click Settings and then click Applications. 
3. Look for the app you'll having trouble connecting, click the Revoke Access button. 
4. Follow the steps for connecting your Fitbit account with the Weight Watchers app.
