Synchronisatie met virtuagym

Hallo, sinds 19 december synchroniseert mijn Fitbit charge 2 niet meer met virtuagym. De Fitbit is wel via de website van virtuagym gekoppeld.
Ook heb ik mijn Fitbit gereset maar ook dat heet niet geholpen.
Voorheen nam virtuagym mijn stappen automatisch over, dit gebeurd nu niet meer.
Hopelijk kunt u mij vertellen hoe dit opgelost kan worden.

Hello, since December 19th, my Fitbit charge 2 no longer synchronizes with virtuagym. The Fitbit is linked via the website of virtuagym.
I also reset my Fitbit but that is not called.
Previously, virtuagym took over my steps automatically, this does not happen anymore.

@lindavdv It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! While I am not familiar with this app you can try removing it from your Fitbit account under applications in the settings area. Now go to Virtuagym app/website and remove Fitbit from it. Relink both accounts as you initially did and see if this helps resolve the issue. You may also want to check Virtuagym website to see if they have any information or suggestions about this.

@lindavdv Het is geweldig om te zien dat je de Fitbit Community hebt bezocht! Hoewel ik niet bekend ben met deze app, kunt u proberen deze uit uw Fitbit-account te verwijderen onder toepassingen in het gedeelte met instellingen. Ga nu naar de Virtuagym-app / website en haal Fitbit eruit. Koppel beide accounts opnieuw zoals u aanvankelijk deed en kijk of dit het probleem oplost. U kunt ook de Virtuagym-website bekijken om te zien of zij hierover informatie of suggesties hebben.

Je bericht is ook verplaatst naar dit gebied omdat dit geschikter is.
