Syncing Charge 2 to Weight Watchers app

My device is connected to the Weight Watchers app. My Fitbit will sync, but my stats are not showing up in the app. Does anyone know if the WW app is compatible with the Charge 2?

Hi @hollyh0902,

Just a heads up, I've moved your post from the Charge 2 forum to the 3rd party integration forum to help keep the Community organized.

The Fitbit App is able to connect to WeightWatchers. This integration allows activities tracked by Fitbit to be converted to "PointPlus".

 

If your Fitbit activities are not being converted for some reason, I would recommend that you disconnect your two accounts and then reconnect them using the instructions listed here.

I have done that several times.  When I go to sync it, the page on the weightwatchers app that is supposed to pop up asking for you to log into your Fitbit account credentials doesn't come up.  Therefore it never sync's.  I have talked to both Fitbit reps and weightwatchers and they blame the other one.  I went to the Apple Store and they said I must have adeffective Fitbit.  So I exchanged my Fitbit and the same thing happens!  HELP please!
