How do I sync my Fitbit to my Weight Watchers eTools app?

I contacted Weight Watchers today because my flex stopped syncing on Saturday.  Both FitBit and WW show that my flex is connected but its not reflected on my tracker.  I chatted with Micah at WW today and he said that its a server issue with FitBit and they have no idea when it will be fixed.  😞

I am having the same problem. My Fitbit was tracking but it wasn't syncing with Weight Watchers so I disconnected and have been trying to reconnect and I keep getting errors. I am on my second rep with them (email wise) and haven't been told what you have.

Editing to say...the 1st WW rep told me to clear my cache/cookies and restart my computer. The 2nd WW rep said "Syncs usually take up to one hour to get through, and are sometimes even more timely. Some kinks can always happen, but once we receive the data, we make sure to give you full credit for your activity PointsPlus values! We're working on making syncs even more realtime in the long run as well. You are welcome to sync your Fitbit daily as well, once this issue is resolved all the Points will be re-calculated automatically. Please make sure that you don’t uninstall your Fitbit application to avoid losing your data."

Yea I've called WW twice and was advised by 2 different reps that is was a server issue with Fitbit. I also contacted Fitbit yesterday and they also stated its a server issue, there was an update that Fitbit need a few days also that's causing the issue.

Okay thanks! Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. What I did for Sunday...and what I'll do for today...is I went back and looked at the past week to see how many steps/activity points so I entered the points manually Sunday based on the previous weeks averages.

I'm having the same issue, my Fitbit disconnected from WW and when I try to reconnect it, I get a 403 Forbidden error.  This has been going on for 3 days.  Clearing cache and cookie did nothing to help.  I really hope its fixed soon, because nobody over at WW was any help, they kept telling me to give it time for things to sync.  Well, the fitbit can't and won't sync to WW if you can't even get through to LINK It to your WW account.

I just got mine to connect,  I had gotten the same email, but it didn't work for me.  I was still unable to connect until just now.  I had cleared things and tried 3 different browsers on 3 different computers.  There was an issue that was beyond clearing cache and cookies.  I'm glad they finally figured it out.
