Hello Fellow FitBiters. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to unlock my steps so they count towards a virtual trail? My FitBit is connected but the steps are locked so they do not crossover to the other app. I would highly appreciate any input. Thank You and have a great day

If this virtual trail is from a third-party app, follow these steps to connect it: 

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.
