Syncing issue with MyNetDiary

Hi folks,

 

I've had successful read/write integration between Fitbit and MyNetDiary for about a month-- until Thursday Dec 11. Since then, MyNetDiary has been accessing all my Fitbit info, but Fitbit hasn't accessed any of the food/ meal info from MyNetDiary.

 

So far, I've disconnected/ unlinked, then reconnected/ linked the two apps, verified the new link, as well as rebooted my phone, all to no avail.

 

I also checked the MND forums, and didn't see anything on this.

 

Anyone else out there experiencing this? Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I have a similar question. The sync of the food from Mynetdiary does not work properly. For about the last week, it only shifts over breakfast and maybe lunch, so most of the food is missing.

I am having the same problem.  It just started a few days ago -- only the breakfast and maybe lunch are syncing.  Any ideas?
