Syncing issues with WW

My device is synced with WW app. Starting yesterday I have had to manually add my daily exercise to the app. I disconnected the device turned off the phone and restarted again. Still not syncing. Anyone else having trouble?

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article to disconnect the apps and then connect them once again. That should definitely do the job so that they start syncing again.
