My Charge HR will not sync with my weight watchers app on my desk top, lap top or LG phones.  Fitbit app and ww app both up to date.  On my computer my step information just buffers.  What's up?

Hello @MITZIHILL1, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community, always it's nice to have new faces around! In this case make sure to sync your tracker and review if the issue persists, if it does then proceed with the following steps mentioned in this post.
