Syncing to Runkeeper - but activity data is not correct?

Hi

 

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.

I use a charge 2, and recently decided to sync my runkeeper account with fitbit.

It sent my activities over no problem - but the only issue is it has all the times and distances wrong?

 

For example, a 3.13mile run I completed in 30.17 on fitbit has come up 36.03 minutes instead when synced to runkeeper?

 

Does anyone know the reason for this?

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing that example.

 

It is possible that it is happening because the connection is not working correctly. Let's try disconnecting the two apps and then connect them again. You can click here to find steps on how to do that.. After that give it another try with a run and see how it syncs.
