Syncing to my fitness pal

Hello

How do I sync my surge fitbit to the mobile app my fitness pal? I have tried google and several attempts on the mobile device and a laptop but im still unable to sync the two apps. They are compartable apparently, I just cant get them work.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @bexie-72, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. 

I'll be glad to help you with this, you will have to use a computer to connect both Accounts; follow the steps in this master post to connect MFP accounts with Fitbit. You can verify if they are connected by going to your Fitbit.com Dashboard, on the Settings > Applications.

This should do the trick, let me knkow if you have questions about it.

I'd like to know what you can see from your end, to have a better idea of what you need to do next. Also you can check more steps here: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? If it is connected and not syncing, you need to double check that you Surge is connecting properly; or contact Myfitnesspal support directly.
