Syncing with Healthways INNERGY program

Hello!

 

I just got the fitbit for my birthday. I'm currently involved with Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield's Healthways INNERGY program. On the INNERGY site, it says that fitbit is compatible.

 

However, I have no idea how to sync my fitbit data or INNERGY data to one another. There is no information on the INNERGY website nor on here.

 

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Did you receive their last response? It was helpful? In most cases, where the user's account is not linked with their wellness program, we recommend them to contact to the HR representative or wellness provider. Let me know if you still need help.
