How do I sync the data in My Fitness Pal into my Fitbit?

@Cfsikes Try this first.  Go your MFP home page.  Click on the Apps tab.  Look for the Fitbit app and click on that.  You should find a button to connect the apps.  Click on that and is should walk you through connecting by asking for your Fitbit logon info.  Hope this works for you.
