Hi @moond, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. I saw you are not able to sync MyFitnessPal with Fitbit, despite your One is connected. Make sure your integration is enable with your Fitbit account. Note that the share of data is through your account only and your tracker is a source of steps for MyFitnessPal.
