Syncing with Pact App

When I try to allow Pact access to my fitbit info I get sent to a Fitbit.com page that tells me there is an internal server error that they are working on...when will this be resolved, I have been trying to sync since yesterday with no progress.

That's hard to say as I have no idea what page Pact is trying to send you to. Fitbit only provides a free, open API for 3rd party apps to use to integrate Fitbit's data with theirs. Fitbit does not have any control over how the 3rd party uses the API. You might be getting sent to a non-existant page or one that is unrelated. I would pose your question over at Pact.

This is definitely a Fitbit error page, there are links that suggest while I'm waiting for the error to be resolved I can track snacks, get steps, etc and each idea links me to my own Fitbit account.

@RaWalsh A warm welcome to the Community! I appreciate the details you've mentioned. I totally understand that the error you're getting is showing on Fitbit. However, it seems to be an issue from Pact, I would like you to contact them so they can better investigate it as @SunsetRunner mentioned Robot Happy

The same thing was happening last week with MyFitnessPal and they posted on their website that it was an issue from them even though it was showing on Fitbit.

Let me know if you have any news!

I contacted Pact and they indeed confirmed that this is a known issue they are working on and it's on their end, not Fitbit.

Thank you for your help!!!
