Gymaholic not connecting

On my gymaholic app, I have the option to connect the app's data with Fitbit. My mother has hers connected. I tried to connect and share between the apps today several times, and I kept receiving the message that Fitbit was experiencing an internal error. All other sites and the Fitbit app were working properly. Only when I tried to connect this app did I get this error message. Help?

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @MakenzieH! Hey, check out that gymaholic is indeed compatible with FItbit by clicking here. Also, ask you mom how did she connect hers to the Gymaholic app, I'm curious about it! Please post back so we can find a solution for this!

I noticed that it wasn't on the list of compatible apps, however Gymaholic says that it is compatible with Fitbit. I did exactly the same thing as my mom, and it worked just fine for her.

@MakenzieH thanks for getting back to me! That sounds a little weird. I also noticed that Gymaholic isn't listed as a compatible app. However, if they do have the permissions to connect with the Fitbit app you might need to contact them for further assistance. Good luck and keep me posted!
