Is there some setting on the Fitbit website I have to set in order to sync my Fitbit w/WW app? WW app stopped syncing w/my Fitbit app 3 days ago and nothing I’m being told is working.

For some reason, the fitbit questionnaire came on BEFORE I got help. I contacted Weight Watchers last night but they were unable to help me connect my brand new Fitbit versa 2 to their app. Can someone please help me?
