I just paired my Fitbit 2 blaze account with my virgin pulse account. I see the account as connected but I don’t see my steps updating. I also have iPhone steps connected could that be the problem? Is it either or? Sometimes I don’t carry my phone everywhere but I do have my watch on and vice versa. How would it know to add both?

Have you connected your Fitbit account to your virgin pulse account?
