When is Fitbit going to get more UK banks involved- the lack of Fitbit pay and the slow catch up compared to Apple Pay is a real low point for me.

I think it's more a case that the banks will not connect to the Fitbit system as either costs are too high for the benefits, or they have an issue with the security of the devices.

Then there's stupid reasons like Barclaycard, who won't integrate with Google Pay, as they want you to use their own app for purchases.

Hi @lesterbangs, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your feedback. We’re always expanding our bank partnerships that support Fitbit Pay. If you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. However, it’s up to the bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.

Don't hesitate to get back if you have any questions.

I can't believe it's October 2020 and the banks still have not changed.  I deeply regret purchasing a fitbit... apart from all the tech issues I've had (I've gone through a few in the span of a couple of years), you can't use fitbit pay.  Would not recommend anyone buy a fitbit.  Very disappointing that the situation with the banks has not changed... particularly looking at the sizeable list that is available to the US.  I don't think it's the end consumer's responsibility to contact the banks.
