Synced Fitbit with WW app initially on 23rd Sept 19 with no problem, synced again on 24 Sept but now syncing will not work. Have disconnected/reconnected both Fitbit and WW app but no effect. Please can you suggest a fix? Please also bear in mind that I'm no tech wizard and don't know techspeak! Thanks in advance.
