Syncing with one touch app

My Fitbit syncs to the OneTouch app but not to the Fitbit app.  I found 2 topics asking about the one touch syncing with the Fitbit app(9/27/22)  I followed what you said to do in your answer to these 2 topics but when I took my blood sugar this morning one touch did not sync to Fitbit.  I still had to type the number in on Fitbit.  I’d not know what I did wrong.  Could you give me some suggestions as to correct this?  Like one of the topics said one of the reasons I got the one touch I thought I read it would sync. Thanka

Hi, @Dwheatley! The OneTouch website has some good FAQs that might help you troubleshoot the connection. Looks like it's managed from the OneTouch side.

Hi there @Dwheatley. Welcome to Community Forums. @MakMak  , thanks for the support.

I appreciate the feedback and troubleshooting performed. I'd suggest to reconnect both apps by trying the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the Blood Glucose tile > Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Connected Devices & Apps.
  4. Tap OneTouch Reveal and agree to the consent.
  5. Log in to your OneTouch Reveal account using your OneTouch Reveal credentials.

Or as mentioned by @MakMak you can contact the third party customer service or our Support Team for further assistance.

Hope this helps.
