I use an app called virgin pulse. I use it for my husbands work insurance program to get discounted rates. My problem is on that app I have synced my fit bit and it says it's connected but all it shows is my iPhone steps. Is there something with fit bit that I need to do or is this problem with the other app? Help I can't figure it out!
If you have Mobile Track enabled, that could be causing the problem. Otherwise, you need to contact the 3rd party that wrote the app you are using to see if they are using the open API from Fitbit correctly.
