Welcome to the Community @KristiC1977! Do you have two Fitbit accounts? If you do, then please log into the Fitbit account that you don't want to sync with WW. Go to the Dashboard > click on settings > applications > under WW click on revoke access. This should remove your weight watchers app from Fitbit.
After this just follow the linking procedure normally:
