How do I get my blaze to sync with myfitnesspal.

@McNelly well the answer is you don't, the Blaze will only connect to fitbit. 

Your fitbit account connects to your MFP account. For instructions I'd start at the list of connected sights, then click on the MyFitnessPal link.. You are now at a step by step instructions that will prompt you through the setup procedure.
