Syncsolver not syncing Fitbit data to Biovia Health Fitness

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Im using the sync solver app to move steps from my apple heath to the fitbit app.  The phone fitbit app seems to be showing the steps (using the Mobile Track device) but does not seem to let other third party API or app read the data.  I.e. My company health and wellness site (Biovia Health fitness).  The company health and wellness site cant read apple data directly.

Hi there @BJSWEENEY. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'd like to help you out with this problem of your data not  being transferred to your company's wellness site.

When it comes to data sharing to other apps, it needs to be to an app that works with Fitbit currently. I'm not sure that this app (Sync solver) will be useful for this as steps or any data recorded from your Apple Health will be compatible with Fitbit or the other way around.

Are you aware of your company having an option to link your Fitbit account to your health site directly to get your data to count? If you'r unsure, I'd recommend speaking with your company wellness department to see if they have a way to integrate Fitbit directly.

If you have more questions, feel free to let me know!

Ps. I'm moving your post to the Third Party Integrations board for categorization purposes.
