TACX cycling trainer software does not see my Charge2.
Rouvy cycling trainer software can see but doesn't take data from Charge2

 

I send the same messages to Tacx and Rouvy.

That is because your tracker is only able to sync with your Fitbit account. 

Third parties like Tacx need to access your data by the web through fit it's API. 

They will need to set this up.
