I entered the wrong region when I set up my fitbit for the Target challenge, now I can't figure out how to change it to the correct region. Help please!!
To change the region you need to go into your settings then go to fitbit wellness where it will show you the activity challenge, next simply go down to member settings til you get to district and change it there
I have the website, and I select the right region, I enter my 10 digit ID and it tells me the code is invalid. Which is hilarious because I only punch it in 8000 times a day so I know its right. What else should I do? I really wanna do this.
I sent an email with the issues I was having to **personal info removed** . They asked for my name, employee ID, and store number and they sent me a one time use code.
