I recently purchased the fitbit flex through Weight Watchers which I am a member. I tried it for a few days and found I was not happy with it and felt I did not need a fitbit in order to be successful with my weight loss and activity schedule.
I wanted to return it and to my surprise I learned that I couldn't return it for a full refund through Weight Watchers nor FitBit. Feeling forced to have something I do not want
I am out $112 !

Strange it only applies when purchasing directly from Fitbit. Weight watchers is well known.. Why it doesn't apply to the Fitbit trackers sold by them beats me..

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community. @nothappyatall Like you mentioned, Fitbit can provide a refund for products purchased through the Fitbit store only. Each retailers have their own policies and in these cases it is required contacting them for a resolution. What was the reason they denied to provide you with a refund? Did they mention it?
