I have a fit bit charger. 2 things:
1) it does not syn with my Tactio Health app. It has been advertised to do so. When I contacted Tactio, they said that Fitbit was aware. When will this be fixed. I used Tactio to track my condition.
2) As stated I own a fitbit charger which is NOT cheap. I can see you are aware of the problem of the pices fallen off for no reason at all. This is a design issue. When will it get fixed?
