It looks as if your posting from an android phone,.
If touchdown does not show in the calendar list, normally I would say that you will need to get in touch with the developer and have him get the app to properly register itself as a calender application.
I did some research and see touchdown is an application a suite so I'm not sure how this will work. @ErickFitbit are you still the Android Guru?

Doesn't Touchdown show up under the calendar notifacation list?
If you have a Blaze then under notifacations tap "app notifications" the scroll down to touchdown.

@Cksawyer Not all calendar applications are fully supported for notifications in the Android app.
