Third party apps not syncing because they go through fitbit.com

My Surge is connected to the Android fitbit app and everything syncs perfectly: steps, exercise, etc. However, I have tried to connect MyFitnessPal and Withings scale and neither sync any information, because they go through fitbit.com and my fitbit.com profile shows no activity...for some reason it does not bring over any information on steps, exercise from my Surge or the fitbit app. I have verified that I am using the same email and password for the Android app and the fitbit.com website, so why would this be?

@krysta616 I would make sure your Surge is setup to the correct Fitbit account, and then try relinking Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. Once your data syncs from your Surge to Fitbit, your MyFitnessPal should be updated accordingly.
