Too many calories given in MFP

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every single day I get more than 1,000 extra calories added to my MFP calories. (Negative adjustments are disabled now, but I still had the same problem when they were enabled.)

I have a target of 1,200 calories in MFP, so usually by the afternoon, I get an additional 1,500-1,800 and that's without exercise. When I do exercise, it suddenly booms to an additional 2,000. In my Fitbit app, it shows a different number of calories I can still consume.

I want to sync the 2 apps because MFP is really useful for logging food items and FB doesn't have as big a database. I've tried unlinking and re-linking the account, but still no go.

Any suggestions?

Hello @KVMan, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community again. If you are experiencing issues with your calories between MyFitnessPal and Fitbit, give it a try to this post: MyFitnessPal: How to correct calorie discrepancy from MFP to Fitbit.

Hope it helps and keep me updated if you still have more questions.

Hi, @RobertoME! Thanks for the reply. However, that didn't help much 😞

My bad, though. I wasnt able to explain it well the first time. Kindly check this new post of mine.
