Hi. I’m trying to connect Fitbit to 3rd party services such as LifeSum, PowerSync, etc. But when I get the Fitbit Login window, I’m stuck with the animated Fitbit logo (accounts.fitbit.com/…) The username/password is not loading.
I actually have the same problem when loading accounts.fitbit.com on Windows PC. I have tried different browsers on both iOS and Windows. I’m able to log in to the Fitbit app, but not through the third party apps. Any ideas?

Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS for your mobile device.
Finally you can try to restart your device.
