According to Runkeeper, when I synced my accounts, Runkeeper took in information from fitbit, but not the other way around. It would be nice if fitbit added steps/activity from RK bc I've gone through two fitbits already due to the moisture from my wrists when running. I would like to remove my fitbit when running and more rigorous activities to avoid damage.

A warm welcome to the Community @Ronnyjames! I'm sorry about the issues, you've had with your Fitbit trackers; you may want to check the Wear & Care instructions.
Currently, this apps are one way integration. Fitbit will sync steps, calories, sleep and weight to Runkeeper. However, Runkeeper data doesn't sync to Fitbit. You can learn more about this by checking this Runkeeper post.
Hope this helps.
