UHC, Fitbit Charge 4 has wrong Frequency Step Count

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Fitbit charge 4 does not have the correct Fitbit tool settings. It gives credit for frequency goal met at 300 steps within five minutes. It is supposed to be 500 steps within seven minutes. So, the Fitbit shows that challenge is complete then the UHC motion app does not.

Hello @Rjbtiger, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information!

It would be great if you can share more details or could you confirm if you're referring to your fitness goals for your Charge 4? Note that you can choose to change the number of steps, or pick a different activity goal depending on your device. When you reach your goal, your Fitbit device flashes and vibrates. For more information, I suggest you to visit the following link: How do I track my health and fitness goals with the Fitbit app?

I look forward to your response.

Unfortunately, this has to do with a modification to the Fitbit device from United Health Motion program. Their “FIT” tool has Frequency, Intensity, and Tenacity goals. The frequency goal is 500 steps, within 7 minutes, 6 times per day at least 1hr apart. Complex algorithm, right? Well, my Fitbit says I’m reaching that goal if I get 300 steps within 5 minutes. If I believe it, I will reach the goal on my Fitbit device but not on the United Health Motion App.
