For some reason, my Charge 4 didn't sync my steps with the UHC Renew Rewards program for half of July and all of August, but is now working fine with all steps in September showing up (and previous months show up). I've tried everything to "fix" the issue but can't get my missing steps to show. I have the latest Fitbit firmware so not sure what to do now?
