Unable to Link Fibit to Discovery

I am unable to link Discovery and fitbit so that my exercise from fitbit can sync to Discovery. When I contacted discovery they say I should try and clear the cache from the app and then uninstall the app and try again. however this is still not working. In Discovery when I select connect fitbit, it loads the login page and then i get a notice that says failed to link. Please can you assist in resolving the issue.

There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third-party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit. You can also browse their site for information or contact the app owner and ask if they integrate with Fitbit.
